I am here to help from concept, desgin, to printing. However I know that budget and other reasons forces some party planners to print on their own. So if you decide to tackle printing here are some options, tricks and tips to help out.
Printing options:
COLORS MAY VARY FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN AND HOW THEY PRINT. COMPUTER MONITORS VARY FROM EACH OTHER AND DEPENDING ON THE METHOD YOU CHOOSE TO PRINT WILL OUTPUT DIFFERENT COLOR RESULTS.
I offer a very cool printing service. I print on #100 card stock, I include envelopes for free and free shipping (for 20+ invites). I would love to be able to continue to help you through the printing process. If you choose to have me print you can use coupon code PRINTING10 for 10% off.
Cardstock: you can print it on 8.5x11 white cardstock (multiple on a page) using your printer at home. I recommend taking the file to a local printshop like kinkos or staples (even better if you have a mom&pop type printshop) to print on a lazer printer. (If using vistaprint you will need to send me exact BLEED measurements from their site. look on their site under art specifications. They do not print a typical 5x7 or 4x6 size)This method the colors get almost exactly how I set them up on my end. Every print shop is different so I suggest calling them FIRST to ask how they’d like the file prepped then telling me so I can do that for you. *CHARGES MAY APPLY IF YOU REQUEST A CHANGE AFTER I SENT FINAL ****PLEASE*** ask your printer how they need it FIRST!
Photo paper: This is the cheapest/quickest option. You can print it at any photo lab like walmart or target. (4x6 is significantly cheaper than 5x7) Save the file on a thumb drive, CD or upload it through the photo labs website. Using this method the invite will print with a little more saturation so colors will be a bit brighter. If you are printing it as a photo CARD and want it as a 4x8 then you’ll need to purchase the $3 design upgrade because this shape significantly changes the look of the card. Matte or Glossy are totally up to you and your preference.
t: For 5x7 you will need A7 envelopes you can find these online or at a stationary store. For 4x6 you’ll need A6 envelopes and you can find these at any office store.
